1Why use UWRK?
It's always free to post your project. Hiring freelancers is a cheap and effective way to get your project underway. By hiring a freelancer you get an employee to work on your project without the hassle of full time hiring commitment (insurance, office space, severance pay etc) .
2How can i be protected & insure that my project is done according to my needs?
We have a milestone system where extra security is given to both freelancers and employers. You release funds in a payment schedule (milestone system - where funds are released based on what stage you reach on the project) For example you release a milestone once 1st draft is submitted and is to your liking . This will ensure that the project is on the right track and you are getting what you are paying for
3How can i attract more qualified freelancers?
Setting the right budget and time frame for the work you want done is important to attract more qualified Freelancers. Remember you get what you pay for. You can also use the Feature project option this allows your project to be more visible and will ensure more bids on the project from freelancers

2 Im a Freelancer how can i ensure i get paid in time? How long till my funds get transfered to me ?
UWRK works on a milestone system where you get payments released to you based on goals achieved on the project. It is an agreement between both Freelancer and Employer. For example 20% of value of project get released on the submission of 1st draft this ensures that the project is on the right track and Freelancers are getting paid as they complete the project. Milestone system also ensures that the employer has the funds that was agreed upon
Unlike other websites UWRK will release funds within one working day into Freelancer's account this is the fastest work platform hub release policy
3 How do i get jobs i bid for?
Make sure you understand the project scope
Be comprehensive in explaining your understanding and give clear work expectation and targets making sure you are realistic in your delivery timeframe and deliverables
The more you offer the client the better the reviews you will get and the better the chance of rehiring - but be realistic and only promise what you can deliver this will build credibility!
